Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for joining our community and shopping at Scripture Clothing. As a small business start-up, we greatly appreciate your support in our brand and want you to enjoy our designs just as much as we enjoyed creating them. That is why we offer a 30-day window for returns/refunds.

 

Please review our policy below very carefully before emailing us to start your return/exchange. 

 

Returns:

• All items being returned/refunded must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial and will be shipped back. 

  • Our policy lasts 30 days after fulfillment, if over 30 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a return/exchange. 

  • Items must be unwashed, undried, and not trained in. 

  • Items must not have excessive wrinkling.

  • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint

  • Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted. 

  • We cannot accept returns on any water bottles for sanitary reasons.

  • If your item included tags, the original tags must be attached

• Additional Information

  • We offer free exchanges on domestic orders

  • For refunds the shipping cost will apply

  • Once we receive your return and check the product, a refund will be disbursed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please Note: If you are returning your entire order, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

 

Exchange Requests: 

• If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability

• If stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs. 

International Returns and Exchanges:

• At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders

APO/FPO/DPO:

• At this time we do not offer exchanges or returns on APO/FPO/DPO orders
